Mares has designed the 25XR first stage to meet the needs of divers seeking high-quality equipment for exploring new horizons. The 25XR first stage was primarily designed to fulfill the requirements of divers who use twin tanks or need stage mounting. LP and HP ports are positioned on one side and pre-oriented. The kit includes two 25XR first stages: one for use on the right and one for use on the left. Hose ports are positioned to face downward during assembly. This feature makes it particularly suitable for cave diving or environments with limited passageways. Thanks to the T.B.P. antifreeze kit, the first stage is perfectly sealed, ensuring high performance even when diving in cold water. It also prevents the entry of sand or particles, especially when diving in caves or contaminated water. The reliability of this first stage is enhanced by the A.S.T. (Auto Sealing Technology) system, which always maintains the first stage's cleanliness and dryness. It has been tested for oxygen compatibility, low-temperature performance, and high airflow conditions.
